We cover 13 cities across the GCC: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, AlUla, NEOM, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Manama, Kuwait City, and Muscat. Other MENA cities are available on request.
For Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Dubai we typically confirm a photographer within 4 hours. For Makkah, Madinah and AlUla, allow 24–48 hours due to permit requirements.
Yes. We handle Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) permits, NEOM media clearances, and respectful coverage protocols for the Two Holy Mosques. Permits are handled by our in-house team — you do not need a separate agency.
Social-ready highlights within 24 hours of the shoot. Full edited photo gallery within 48 hours. Hero brand film or wedding film within 5–10 working days depending on length and complexity.
Half-day corporate shoots in Riyadh or Jeddah start at SAR 2,500. Full conference coverage with multi-camera and same-day edit starts at SAR 8,000. AlUla and NEOM are quoted separately due to logistics. Use our cost calculator for a precise estimate.
Always. We provide female photographers and videographers for women-only sections of weddings and events. We follow Royal Commission, GCAA and local cultural guidelines without exception. Modesty and privacy are our default, not an upgrade.
Yes. We offer multi-camera live production with broadcast to YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Zoom, Teams, or a private link. We also handle simultaneous Arabic–English captioning on request.
Yes. We have GACA-licensed drone pilots in KSA, GCAA-licensed pilots in UAE, and equivalent licensing across Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. We handle airspace clearance for restricted zones.
